1. About IMEVO and this website
IMEVO is an AI transformation initiative and brand operated by IM Communications. This website provides information about consultancy, AI-enabled business applications, training and adoption offerings, learning trips, and related activities. Website information is general and may be updated from time to time. Display of an offering does not necessarily mean that it is currently or publicly available.
2. Website information is not a binding offer
Product descriptions, prices, event and programme information, availability, features, and other website content are informational unless expressly stated otherwise. Submitting an enquiry or booking-interest form does not create a contract, confirm a booking or place, or oblige IM Communications to provide a service. A separate quotation, order, contract, registration confirmation, application process, or product-specific terms may apply to consultancy, training, Smart Apps, learning trips, or other activities.

- attempt unauthorised access to the website or its infrastructure;

Submission does not guarantee a response, service, booking, commercial relationship, or outcome. Personal data is handled under the IMEVO Privacy Policy. Please do not include sensitive or unnecessary personal information in the free-text message field.
5. Smart Apps and product-specific terms
IMEVO may present or link to Smart Apps such as SmartInflect, SmartFinance, SmartCampaign, SmartContact, SmartCard, SmartEat, and SmartWell. Individual applications may have their own terms of use and privacy policies, which govern use of those products where applicable. These website Terms do not replace product-specific terms and do not imply that every application is publicly available.
6. AI, consultancy, and informational outputs
Website descriptions of AI-enabled services and products are general. AI-generated or AI-assisted functionality may produce incomplete or inaccurate results. Visitors and customers remain responsible for evaluating outputs and making appropriate professional and business decisions. Website material is not legal, financial, medical, accounting, investment, or other regulated professional advice unless expressly delivered under a separate professional engagement.
